Meet Eric

Eric Otte

Owner, Chief Do-It-All

Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in the septic industry, along with a deep technical background that property owners can trust. He holds MPCA licenses as an Installer, Service Provider, Advanced Designer, and Advanced Inspector, as well as Class B Wastewater and Type IV Bio Solids licenses. Over the years, he has worked with private septic companies, designed and evaluated a wide range of systems, and handled everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and design work. He also spent time as a project manager for a Class A municipal wastewater treatment plant, adding even more depth to his problem‑solving abilities and exposure to different system challenges. With Eric, property owners get a knowledgeable professional who takes the time to explain what he sees, outline options clearly, and approach every property with care and craftsmanship.
